Only two games tonight in the NHL as the league is starting back up after the all-star break. I love both plays tonight that I had to parlay them together. If you want to just take them straight, then by all means go ahead, but I just feel really confident about them! I will start getting more into NHL betting and player props with the NFL coming to an end. I really enjoy the NHL and think there is a lot of money to win in that league!

Reasoning:
Seeing a New York Ranger game total at 6.5 is usually quite rare with their goaltending abilities. However, we see that line tonight, and it is most likely attributed to the Canucks 3.94 goals allowed per game. To add to this, both the Canucks and the Rangers are scoring over 3.2 goals per game.
Another interesting statistic about this game is that the Canucks, when on the road, have gone 7-straight games over 6.5 total goals. These last 7 games for the Canucks have had an average of 8.43 goals scored per game.
Because of the above average total for the Rangers, and the Canucks recent road games, I love the over of 6.5 tonight!
Next, we have the Minnesota Wild +1.5 against the Dallas Stars. I personally think the Stars are overrated, and I really like the Wild, so there is a little bit of emotion in this bet. However, this is also some statistics backing my decision. The Stars have had their last 4 games go to OT, so the puck-line has hit in 4-straight.
Also, the Stars have won by two or more goals just 4 times in the last 14 games. With that being said, I like the Wild to cover the puck-line tonight and wouldn't mind taking them money-line either!
